Extremely professional salesman provided details and estimate of the entire project.  I received a letter that included the salesman's photo so I would be able to identify him when he showed up.  I consider myself a handyman and I have also done construction on a concrete crew.  So I knew that cutting into a concrete foundation wall was entirely out of  my league.  I did do all the prep work to remove the drywall and laminate flooring.  I did not choose to have them do the finish work.  What I was impressed with was how great the crew was. I couldn't imagine how professional and fast they completed the entire project.  They were done within a day.  I also received another letter confirming the installation date and a photo of the foreman.  After the dirt settled, they came back and filled it in at no additional charge.

Explanations were precise and professional.  Staff was very friendly.  Foreman Richie and Nick were efficient and did a fantastic job letting us know along the way what was happening and what to expect.  We are very impressed with the overall job from start to finish.

I am very thankful to have a bone-dry basement no matter what the weather deals out.  It has been so wonderful not having to put up with the leakage.

We liked that the materials used are all waterproof.  We've sustained water damage over the years and all from sources inside the house.  Those accidents were difficult to clean up.  We're happy now that we have a nice looking basement that will sustain the water stuff that seems to happen.
