Brett had a partially finished basement where his family like to spend time, but recently he had noticed there being some water issues in the basement that he needed to get taken care of. He also wanted to make sure it was a safe area so he wanted to add an egress window. We installed a full perimeter WaterControl System in the basement along with an egress window and full perimeter of BrightWall. BrightWall is a paneling put up to help with water and moisture issues that may come through the walls but it also give the basement a more finished look but without being considered a finished basement!
