The office staff was very helpful. Jesse was our representative, he was very thorough and polite. He explained everything and answered every question we had. Paul and his crew did an excellent job, he also answered any questions I had during the process. They were very courteous, efficient and worked hard to get everything done on time.

Bill covered all problems which might occur when we sell the house. Covered everything. Good person to person contact, all questions asked were answered. The cleanup was excellent. Runners were put down to protect our carpets.

Gary was on point!  He diagnosed the problem before Rot-Rooter came to hydro-jet my discharge pipe.  Awesome tech!!    

The office was very courteous.  Chris was courteous and efficient.  He was a little early which was perfect.  He took the time to explain things to me and left his card so my husband could call him with questions as well.  I don’t know of anyone that can use your services currently, but I would recommend you. 

This customer was very happy with her Lead Foreman on the job as he was able to explain to her the whole process and help make it all understandable for her. When our System Design Specialist was out there she wrote in stating she appreciated his honesty, responsiveness and his ability to work with them through a couple different changes they wanted to make to the proposal to fit within their budgeting needs. 

Nancy recently had her basement completely remodeled with us and upon sending us her post-installation survey, she had nothing but NUMEROUS good things to say. She wrote out in 2 pages all the exact details she appreciated from our crews. Nancy really appreciated our follow ups, our ability to move up her project up in our schedule when the ability came up, and just over all could not say enough great things about our crew and the work they completed for her. 

We first met Brian at the Realtors Home and Garden Show in Milwaukee. We felt he was very nice and definitely knew his stuff. We selected Badger to waterproof our basement because of their unique product and good price. When we signed our contract they were running a contest for a free SaniDry Dehumidifier, which we won! The egress window the men put in is just beautiful! Paul and his crew were so professional and did an outstanding job installing the window. I would highly recommend Badger Basements to anyone needing an egress window. The men showed up right on time and finished the job around 2:00 pm. You are so blessed to have such good workers. I now have peace of mind that the downstairs tenants have a good escape route. It has been a pleasure dealing with your company. Thank you again. This afternoon my wife and I met with Joel K and Jim. We asked your company to look at a water problem we have been having. When they arrived (10 minutes before the appointment time) they were very cordial and professional during the time they gathered some background information. They went around the basement looking at the problem areas, moving around several items (stored patio furniture) to get a better view. They measured the basement looking for out of level conditions and overall, looked very closely for the cause of our problem. But they didn't stop there. We then went outside and they surveyed the grade, the fill around the building, the condition of the windows, the brick half wall, the siding, everything. Then they asked for a shovel and dug down next to the outside wall to see what the junction of the foundation and the brick looked like. There's more. Jim then drew several pictures depicting what the construction looked like so that he could explain what the problem might be. In the end, we all agreed that the problem is probably above the foundation. Possibly water leaking in around openings in the siding combined with the lack of weep holes in the brick and the grade being above the foundation/brick junction. You would think they had done enough to at that point, but again, there's more. They went on to recommend other individuals that we could call to check out the problem AND they said that they would do some research and give us a call. After about 30 minutes they called back and gave us more information that they got after calling back to your office. In all they spent over 1.5 hours with us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do business since our problem is not related to the work that you do. But, be assured that I will be relating this story to anyone who is willing to listen. These two men were the ultimate professionals. They were genuinely concerned about our problem, their customer service skills are superior and tried their best to find a solution for us. You should be proud of the way they represented your company. If they are indicative of the rest of your employees, then you have built an excellent company. Thank you for your company's concern.
