Your installers were courteous, prompt and took the time to explain every step of the installation.  My crawlspace is actually quite large but cramped.  It was a 4 day job so I imagine the job was slow and tedious yet they completed it ahead of schedule.  All the guys were true pros who really threw themselves into the work.  I'd recommend Badger to EVERYONE!

Joel was great and not pushy at all!  Other companies would make appointments but then call and cancel.  The crew was late but that was due to weather.  He called and we thought he's cancel, but he said he would never cancel.  The crew was very courteous and the cleanup was perfect.

No one else seemed to know what I needed, but Badger Basement Systems did.  The sump pump and hose buried underground to get the water away from the house, I LOVE IT!!  I love that I don’t have to worry about water in my lawn because it is all underground.  No ugly hoses showing.

Dale came to our home and was very personable and knowledgeable.  We selected Badger Basement Systems because of the detailed information and the variety of options and products to resolve my problem. The crew came on-time, started the job and worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. They left very little dust, the installation of the drainage tube was done with very little damage to my lawn. I also had another problem with water and your team looked at it and quoted on the spot. With approval they were able to find the problem and fix it. I was happy I didn't have to wait for another appointment.

Chris had a well laid out presentation and took time to study what was needed.  He was not pushy.  You  had a fair price and I liked the strength of the I beam and the fact that it was adjustable.  Crew was courteous and efficient.  They took the time to move a sump pump drain pipe so that the PowerBrace would not block a window, very much appreciated.  I was fearful of a mess and snow and mud being tracked in and my woodwork getting marred.  I was surprised none of this occurred, they were very careful.  We also appreciate the letter you sent out in advance telling us about our Foreman, Alan.
