Your installers were courteous, prompt and took the time to explain every step of the installation.  My crawlspace is actually quite large but cramped.  It was a 4 day job so I imagine the job was slow and tedious yet they completed it ahead of schedule.  All the guys were true pros who really threw themselves into the work.  I'd recommend Badger to EVERYONE!

Jesse was great; very knowledgeable, thorough, explained/answered all of my questions and didn't try to sell me something we didn't need or want.  We chose Badger Basement because the cost of the solution to our problem and their reputation.  They were very courteous.  Both crews that worked on our property were awesome to work with. 

Joel was great and not pushy at all!  Other companies would make appointments but then call and cancel.  The crew was late but that was due to weather.  He called and we thought he's cancel, but he said he would never cancel.  The crew was very courteous and the cleanup was perfect.

Joel was excellent-understood his subject and presented it well. I am so thrilled to have this done professionally. I can't wait for it to rain heavily and see how it works, I had to wait months but it was worth it!

No one else seemed to know what I needed, but Badger Basement Systems did.  The sump pump and hose buried underground to get the water away from the house, I LOVE IT!!  I love that I don’t have to worry about water in my lawn because it is all underground.  No ugly hoses showing.
