The office staff was very helpful and courteous when stepping up appointments. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He throughly explained the project. I selected Badger Basement because of their BBB rating. The installation crew kept us up-to-date on the progress of the work and was able to explain and answer all my questions.

Jim and Tom were very good people and they did great work.  They were on time, courteous and clean up was satisfactory.  I chose you when I heard that your system would raise a 2 story building.

The large info manual was quite helpful.  This is a complex matter to deal with and there are many issues involved.  The crew was hard working and knowledgeable as to what they were doing.  The clean up was beyond what i expected. 

The office staff was polite and friendly.  The installation crew was very professional and efficient.  They did a tremendous job and left no mess behind whatsoever.   I would use them again without any hesitation if the need should arise.
