It was nice to see the "boss" out first hand!  I have never dealt with such couresy and politeness and I have been a contractor for 40 years and know how bad people can be.  Cleanup was splotless.  My hat off to the plumber who returned at 7 pm to correct a small leak.  You don't get that kind of service very often.

Deb's initial call to our office was for a free estimate for her foundation. At this home there were multiple different products that the customer needed in her home. She had an Egress window, Powerbraces as well as Watercontrol System installed. The office staff was courteous and responsive. Scott (sales) was terrific, knowledgeable, hands-on and a good listener, he really helped us figure out our problem and explain what was needed with no pressure The crew was also terrific, they came out prior to the project and explained everything that would be taking place and gave us a lot of trust that work would be done correctly. This has been such an excellent experience we blather about it endlessly to anyone who will listen. 

Ron was very thorough in inspecting our basement site and answered all our questions. The two gentlemen who worked the first day worked extremely hard. I could not believe the amount of work the accomplished on a very hot, humid day!
