The crew was on time, explained the process and finished when they said they would.  Very polite, answered any questions we had.  The company sent an informational bio sheet with a photo about the employees that would be working in our home. 

Joel was great and not pushy at all!  Other companies would make appointments but then call and cancel.  The crew was late but that was due to weather.  He called and we thought he's cancel, but he said he would never cancel.  The crew was very courteous and the cleanup was perfect.

Badger basement reinforced our basement walls several years ago. They did such a great job that we have them back doing more work in the basement including installing a top of the line sump pump and additional wall supports in an area that did not need them the first time around

Joel did a great job. He was very thorough. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed and he explainedthe work to be done very well. The pricing was straight forward. The crew was courteous and working in a 100 year old home they left the basement cleaner than before. We are very pleased!

Randy kept us informed along with Alan.  I appreciated the letter that summed up what Badger Basement Systems was going to do.  Randy brought Bill in since our project was extreme.  Bills knowledge and ideas confirmed that Badger Basement Systems was the right choice for our project.

Joel was excellent with explanations of work and materials suggested; professional demeanor and very congenial. You were the only company to agree to do our project. The two-man team you assigned to this project was amazing. A well-oiled machine. Never saw such skill and teamwork and fantastic work ethics. 

Bill covered all problems which might occur when we sell the house. Covered everything. Good person to person contact, all questions asked were answered. The cleanup was excellent. Runners were put down to protect our carpets.

Greg was very satisfied with the work that we completed and over all beyond satisfied with our company as a whole. He was happily surprised when the crew arrived early to get the work started.  He thought it was great that the Foreman Paul came out about a month early to pre-inspect the job and look for any obstacles that could be in the way rather than that happening the day of if that were the case!

Our sales specialist, Jesse, was excellent. He provided a good evaluation of our problem. Because of previous experience with Badger Basement Systems, we knew the wall anchor system he proposed would resolve our foundation problems. The crew did a great job fixing our basement.
