It was nice to see the "boss" out first hand!  I have never dealt with such couresy and politeness and I have been a contractor for 40 years and know how bad people can be.  Cleanup was splotless.  My hat off to the plumber who returned at 7 pm to correct a small leak.  You don't get that kind of service very often.
