  Bill was likeable, seemed knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Crew was exceptionally courteous. Aaron and Cory were friendly, open, willing to answer our many questions and explained things thoroughly. They made good, reasonable suggestions which in the end sold us on a drain from a window well. They were quick and did what looks like beautiful work. They left our utility room floor cleaner than they found it.

Jesse was very knowledgeable, he represented the company in a very professional manner. He was friendly, courteous and appeared to enjoy his work.We selected Badger because of the association with Basement Systems, a company that has patented water management and repair systems. The crew was extremely courteous, placed drop cloths and helped move the hot water heater. They also showed me what, how and where they were doing the work as well as the final job prior to their departure. They left the place very clean, I was very surprised, as I expected to see jack hammer dust everywhere, this was not the case. After a year of fear every time we got rain, I now have peace of mind knowing the problem has been repaired by a reputable company and all looks awesome. Thank you very much!

Salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable.  Provided options along with clear pricing.  They provided solution we felt best about installing.  Other companies wanted drain from sump to exit out the front of the house near the front door.  Badger was able to put the drain out the back of the house.  Also, very professional and informative from first phone call. Installation crew was very quiet and careful.  The whole process went smoothly.  We are anxious for spring rains to see if it solved the problem.  The book that was sent prior to the first visit was very helpful!   Thank-you!
