The office staff is always very customer friendly.  The service tech, Bill, was very polite, answered questions I had and marked pipes for me that are connected to the system.

The quality and thoroughness of the sales literature was backed up by the salesperson.  Anyone can put out a brochure, but the salesperson was very knowledgeable. The installer was outstanding. He was all business, left a very clean worksite, efficient, very professional.
