Willy, Certified Waterproofing Specialist, was very helpful and professional in helping us to understand the system and all the available options. We ultimately selected Badger because of Willy's professionalism and product knowledge along with the recommendations on consumer reports.   The crew was as good as they come. They were very courteous, thorough and open to any questions we had. They were great "ambassadors" for the company. We were very impressed with everything, especially the cleanup. The specialist, Jesse, who came to my home was refreshingly honest. He also had a good technical grasp of construction. Badger's integrity and my previous experiences with them lead me to select them to complete the work. Chris completed my job, he was extremely affable and left my basement impeccable. Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. We talked to several people who had Badger Basement systems put in and they were all happy. The sales rep was extremely professional and informative, as was the office staff.  The installer and his crew were polite, efficient, and extremely professional.  They made sure that the walkways from the outside to the basement site were covered and protected.  Within 3 hours they had completed the job!  It was great to observe a no-nonsense crew that really knew what they were doing   Thank you, Badger Basement, for a job well done!!
