The office was pleasant and easy to make an appt.  The technician was pleasant and efficient.           

The office is very friendly and courteous over the phone.  They also called again to remind me of the appt.  Bill came in and did his job.  When he finished, he explained what he did and found.

We saw Badger Basement Systems on TV and had previous work done. Willy was very good, he talked us right into the system. The crew was awesome and everything went very smoothly and fast. The guys were very personable and answered all our questions. I just wish it would rain like crazy so we can see our SuperSump and WaterGuard work!

Tim had a professional presentation and product knowledge.  He explained in detail how the installation would be.  We chose Badger Basement based on the products, knowledge, and experience with the issues at my property.  Jim and his crew were completely courteous and professional and the cleanup was well done.  Based on the extensive amount of work, we were surprised how quickly the interior and exterior work went.
