Excellent communication with follow up email and phone calls from the office staff.  They are very helpful and friendly.  The salesman gave a  thorough explanation of the product and process.  The crew was very fast and efficient.  They were also very cordial and answered any questions I had.  We hardly knew they were there.  The clean up was thorough.

I have seen your ads on TV and trucks in our area doing installations.  Mr. Dressler was on time, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.  He answered my questions completely.  I chose Badger Basement Systems because of the TV ads and talking with neighbors who had you do their basements.  The crew was very courteous.  They made it quite a pleasant experience (maybe the doughnuts helped a little!)  Everything was left spic and span.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your business to anyone.

This is the second year we have been fortunate to have Bill Peterson to our home to make sure everything regarding out Badger system is in good working order.  While I wasn't quick to recall his name, I recognized his friendly face and smile when he arrived at the appointed time.  I so appreciated his professional manner and helpful ways in dealing with the homeowner.   This year we also had the previous Sani-Dry whole house dehumidifier replaced with a new AprilAire dehumidifier.  Again he was thorough and explained things while installing the unit and let me know that if I had questions or concerns at any time in the future, to feel free to contact him.  I think Bill is an excellent service technician representing you company.   I also want to thank you for sending reminder service notices.  You keep track of the things a homeowner has the tendency to forget.  Hopefully Bill will again be the service tech for our basement checkup.
