Dear Badger Basements, In 2008, we had a Badger Basement perimeter drainage system and sump pump installed in our basement (which had flooded 5 times in one season, ruining our finished basement). Since that time, we have had no trouble with flooding or any water in the basement. We finally re-finished our basement, which cost a good amount of money, this Summer in early Summer 2010 - after a full year with Badger Basement Systems, we finally "trusted" that the basement would remain dry, thus protecting our investment! We just got back from a week-long vacation to the east coast, during which Madison/Dane County experienced record-setting rainfall and flooding. I have to admit that we worried about our basement while we were gone, imaging the worst when hearing the news about the flooding. However, when we returned to our home, we were thrilled to find that our basement was dry and in tact! It was a sight for sore eyes. Nick, our service technician, had completed a routine service visit to our home the day before we left for our vacation. We were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.
