Exterior staircase's can cause trouble

An exterior staircase can be troublesome when it comes to water.  Luckily these Watertown homeowners found us and we have a solution for this type of problem.  Aside from getting water in from underneath the doorway, they also had water coming in from around the perimeter of their basement.  We were able to install WaterGuard around the perimeter walls and TrenchDrain in front of the doorway.  Now, the perimeter is protected and if water does come down the staircase, it will go into the TrenchDrain and into the WaterGuard system to be pumped outside.

Brightwall and WaterControl

Brightwall and WaterControl System installed in one corner of a basement with continuous water leakage from the walls down.

Leaking Crack in Foundation

Crack in the foundation near the window that was leaking water, we installed our FlexiSpan where you see the white, this has a lifetime warranty on the foundation. Where you see the blue, that is a good duct that helps drain the water from the window well outside to prevent water from building up and leaking through the window!

EverLast Window and SunHouse Window Well

We replaced this old window and well with an EverLast Window and a SunHouse Window Well.  The new window is much clearer and allows more light into the basement.  The SunHouse Window Well not only looks better, but also lets more light into the basement due to the specially shaped sides, color and sloped bottom.

Small Water Control System

Small area in basement with water issue, installed our WaterControl System to a sump pump and no more water!
