This home was built into a hill, so when water started coming into the living room and creating mold it was even more scary as this was an area where the family was majority of the time. We helped get out the moldy drywall and installed our watercontrol system to keep water to flow out and not just sit in the living room. 

At this home, we installed a new sump pump and buried the discharge.  There is no need to worry about breaking the discharge pipe or having to move it every time they mow because it is underground.  The small grate at the end will allow for the water to flow out away from the home.

This home had a floor to ceiling crack that had previously tried to be fixed with a little DIY, but was not successful. We came in and installed our Flexispan crack fill system that comes with a lifetime warranty.

This is a repeat customer who needed the remainder of their basement waterproofed, we completed the full perimeter of the basement with our drain tile as well as an additional sump pump on the other side of the home.
