The sump pump is really the heart of the system. Without it, the water would have no way of getting back outside, and would likely end up on the floor.
There was a wall crack in the corner that we repaired and covered with a sheet of BrightWall.
WaterGuard under the stairs
The dividing wall was removed and we were able to go right under the stairs to make sure the whole perimeter was protected.
WaterGuard Installed in a finished room

Before we got to work

Sump Crock with No Pump
You can see that there is no sump pump and no water in the crock. Since there was water on the floor, no water in the crock is a good indication that the draintile is not working.
