The specialist, Jesse, who came to my home was refreshingly honest. He also had a good technical grasp of construction. Badger's integrity and my previous experiences with them lead me to select them to complete the work. Chris completed my job, he was extremely affable and left my basement impeccable. Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. We talked to several people who had Badger Basement systems put in and they were all happy. We liked the idea that the outside of the house was not dug up. We were very pleased with the job and know that in the future if we have issues we can call and get at results. During the initial visit to verify the work needed to be done everything was explained with great detail and questions answered promptly. The reviews of past work also helped me decide.  I was given a call the night before the install to let me know a time to expect the install crew and they were there when they said they would be.

The woman that answered the phone was friendly and did everything to get a service tech to come out.  The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly.                     

Dick reached out to us and let us know that an area we had previously lifted had sunken a little bit, with being in his 5 year warranty we were able to come back out and help relift these areas for him, and this is an email we got after we completed his work today. "Your men were friendly, courteous, and professional.  Answered all my questions.  I didn't get their names, but please forward my comments to them.  The same applies to who I spoke to on the phone about my warranty work."

I was very impressed with Brian.  He gave a good explanation of work to be done.  After meeting with Brian, I never considered another company.  The crew was courteous and are very nice guys.  They explained what they were doing as I watched.  I was very satisfied with the work and the workers.  I was so pleased that after the guys left, I called the office to compliment them. 

Chris knew of new technology and equipment.  He was able to provide additional information on the spot. 

The customer stated they were updated every step from the initial contact to the completion of the project. The crew worked quickly, they got right to work and they were done within 2 hours.
