They appreciated that the crew called on their way to the home with an exact ETA, the installation crew was "excellent", they stated they were very professional, tidy, prompt and efficient. They really appreciated that once all the work was completed the Foreman did a final walk through with them and once again explain the system that was installed.

We liked that the materials used are all waterproof.  We've sustained water damage over the years and all from sources inside the house.  Those accidents were difficult to clean up.  We're happy now that we have a nice looking basement that will sustain the water stuff that seems to happen.
