Everything was done professionally, on time, and on budget, just exactly as promised.
Responsiveness
We called Badger Basement Systems as soon as we noticed a problem. They sent out a representative to assess the problem and they gave us answers immediately.
Our Office Staff
Every time we contacted the office, they were polite and a pleasure to work with.
Sales Process
Ron was knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything and took time with us to thoroughly cover our options.
Our Installation Crew
These guys were the best. Gene and Jon called us prior to their scheduled time of arrival to let us know that they were on their way. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were polite and careful. Their work was top-notch.
The Cleanup Process
