We were called to this home in Sparta WI when they wanted to change their average sized window and well to an egress window. They decided that we had just what they were looking for. Once the landscaping is back in place, it will be better than ever!
Home Built into hill with water issues in living area
This home was built into a hill, so when water started coming into the living room and creating mold it was even more scary as this was an area where the family was majority of the time. We helped get out the moldy drywall and installed our watercontrol system to keep water to flow out and not just sit in the living room.
Buried Discharge Line
At this home, we installed a new sump pump and buried the discharge. There is no need to worry about breaking the discharge pipe or having to move it every time they mow because it is underground. The small grate at the end will allow for the water to flow out away from the home.
Major concrete sinking near garage entrance
Debra and James contacted us when they noticed several areas of concrete in front of their home had sunk. Near the garage, there was a 5-inch drop and we were able to lift the concrete 3 inches back to its original location.
