The owners of this home did a fabulous job with their basement remodel!  They knew they needed a little help with the finishing touch and we were so happy that they called us.  The basement was transformed into a beautiful new space; now open, bright and full of new life. 

When this Cross Plains homeowner wanted to add new flooring to their basement, they made a good choice with the ThermalDry Carpet Tiles.  These tiles are 12" square modular tiles that lock together.  They not only add beauty to the room but at a thermal break from the cold slab below.  Also, they are not made with organic materials so they will not support mold growth and will not need to be replaced should they get wet. 

Tom reached out to us when he noticed the supports in his crawlspace were not doing their job. We found that he had two supports that in fact were not supporting his floor above properly. We gave a quote to replace both supports, some water control system, and some clean space on the floor of his crawlspace. Tom soon accepted that proposal and we were able to complete the work for him!

When it comes time to replace your sump pump, why not replace it with the best.  Our SuperSump comes with a cast-iron Zoeller pump, a WaterWatch Alarm, SuperLiner and an airtight lid. 

The WaterWatch Alarm is designed to sound when the water level rises past the point where the pump should have turned on.  This is very helpful if the pump should fail or there is a power outage.   You could add more protection by adding an UltraSump Battery Backup System which would take over in the event that your sump pump stopped working. 

Our SuperLiner allows water to flow into it through 96 holes, making sure that we collect as much water as possible.  It is a heavy duty polyethylene liner that will not cave in or crack. 

To top off the SuperSump, it comes with an airtight lid.  This allows us to keep the moisture inside the liner, rather than in your basement.  It also keeps bugs and odors out.  The lid is strong enough that you could stand on it or stack items on it if you needed to.
