First of all, a very thorough and knowledgeable technician comes to scope the magnitude of your problem (in the case of our basement, it was a relatively minor issue from installing egress windows). We got the appropriate recommendations to choose from with no nonsense and no doubletalk. The warrantee is outstanding and it is transferable.
The guys who performed the work were fast and efficient. There was some noise and dust involved but they kept the intrusion to an absolute minimum. We have had no problems and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Badger Basements.
Installation Feb 5-6, did outstanding job in workmenship and clean up. Subpump has been working periodically and we have not had a drop of water from either the ground water or outside run-off. Basement floor remains dry, while our neighbor does have standing water in their basement.
Great work and well worth the costs
Great bunch of people to work with; friendly, informed, and no pressure. They diagnosed the problem, made recommendation's, then left the decision making to us. Installation was quick, cleaner than what we expected, and over-all pretty much painless. The day they finished our basement we got 3.5 inches of rain that in the past would have left us with more than a little bit of water down there-not a drop then or since. We shopped around before going with B.B., save yourself a lot of headache's and just call them first!
Extremely pleased with the service. Very professional & sent out a bio & picture of service technician ahead of time who would perform the work. I highly recommend this company!
Even in the disappointment mentioned above, you folks offer great products and services.

Very professional installation. Not the cheapest quote but worth the extra cost.
Although the weather has not been wet, I am confident that the spring thaw will bring a dry basement.

Overall a very good experience. My basement looks really nice and I don't have to worry about my wall caving in- or water coming through the walls anymore. Everyone involved was very professional and friendly and they got the job done in less time than I expected!
Did a great job!! Cleaned up very nice and were very respectful of our home. Just had a first major rain event after installation, quite a downpour, and the basement is DRY.
I was a little concerned about leaving a check when I knew the work wasn't done but I did it anyway because you made me comfortable with all the information you provided and the feeling I got from the sales person and the guys on the job.
Waterprofing our basement was a job that needed to be done for quite some time. Jesse Bunn did a great job explaining what could (and couldn't be) done so that our expectations were realistic.

Great work. One of the installers left their Mikita charger in the basement. They can come and retrieve any time. I left it in the window well next to the fuse box in the basement.
