Tom contacted Badger Basement Systems to have his home waterproofed. He was in the process of selling his home and wanted to do the right thing for future home owners, which would be to make sure the basement is dry!
Our specialist, Mike Nichols, came out visit the home. He recommended having a WaterGuard system and SumpPump installed for the best drainage! He also inspected two cracks in the wall that could be potential moisture threats.
We sent Aaron Underwood and his crew out to install the drainage system. They also sealed the cracks with our FlexiSpan product which has a lifetime warranty! This basement should stay dry for any future owner!
