Without exception, this has been the best experience with a service company that we've ever had. From the initial call to the finished basement, this was an outstanding example of the highest level of customer service possible

Todd was amazing. He is very well versed in products and services and didn't use the typical sales "pitch" to sell us. He was able to do that with his personality, knowledge and expertise.
Very polite, fast and efficient. I was amazed that the entire process was completed so quickly. Jake called me ahead of their arrival to give me an ETA and was as good as his word.
Again, top quality and performance with so little dust, it didn't seem possible that they used heavy equipment to break through cement.

What made you choose our company:
My husband and I are frequently in Fort Atkinson and pass the company when we come into town. With the escalating problem of our basement taking on water, I decided to just call for some information. My initial contact was such a pleasant experience, I didn't hesitate to make an appointment. Hats off to Stephanie and Michaela (sorry if it's spelled wrong) for great customer service skills.
