There appears to be a small crack in the wall that is meeting or near a crack in the floor, which is causing concern. The estimate guy and the installer were so nice and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they were. They were very nice and professional. The office staff was knowledgeable and never made you feel like you were wasting their time. The install was quicker than I thought it would be and the guy showed me everything he did and explained how everything worked. Overall, If everything works as great at as it looks, I don't think I will be cleaning up water in our basement ever again!!!
