I was allowed to work with the crew to decide on how to best accommodate new problems with the original plan as they arose. Their main interest was in having our problem fixed and in making us happy in the long run.

Thorough and detailed explanation of possible solutions to our problem and courteous discussions on the best course of action to take.

Crew was friendly and hard-working; they behaved like professionals.

The Cleanup Process

There was nothing for me to do once the project was over.

Overall Punctuality
Finished project appears pleasing to the eye. (I haven't been able to test the workings of the plan because we haven't had enough rain yet.)

Crew arrived on-time, on the correct date.
