M.C. phoned in after the job was completed, asked to speak to an Owner about her crew. M.C. was blown away by Dan G and Dalton's service on the job. Direct quotes: "Whatever you are teaching these guys about customer service, keep doing it!! They respected me and my property, covered the floors, answered all of my questions. I am beyond satisfied. As a woman, it can be hard having male contractors in your home and these guys were amazing." I explained our viewpoint of being a "better contractor" than the other guys, and how we say that every employee is in the customer service business. THIS is why we do it the way we do it. "Doin' it RIGHT" in 2020.
