Bill was such a huge help! My basement flooded the night before and he helped me understand what the issue was and how to fix it. He took his time and went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. I was pretty stressed especially sense this was the first time I had a basement flood and his professionalism and confidence in his work put me at ease. I will definitely recommend Badger Basements and your excellent customer service members. Thanks again Bill!
