          My wife and I had struggled with wet basement issues for multiple years, and last fall finally decided that enough was enough, and contracted with your firm to get the situation squared away. Your guys did a great job, our basement’s been dry, and we were very happy with the overall result – with a singular exception: the position of the water discharge on the north side of the house, which left the water with nowhere to go - essentially turning that side of our yard into a swamp. It has been my pleasure to work with Dale on this issue, and it’s resolution. He and I had a couple of productive, diplomatic, and customer-service oriented conversations on the topic, and Dale very quickly recognized what he needed to be done – not only to remediate the physical problem in my yard – but also to maintain a positive client relationship. Dale did a fantastic job, and has left me a thoroughly satisfied customer – one who will certainly preach the gospel of Badger Basement Systems within my circle of influence.           Dale was on time, very personable and offered a lot of information that I could use to maintain my basement.

          Dale came to our home and was very personable and knowledgeable. We selected Badger Basement Systems because of the detailed information and the variety of options and products to resolve my problem. The crew came on-time, started the job and worked hard to get it done in a timely manner. They left very little dust, the installation of the drainage tube was done with very little damage to my lawn. I also had another problem with water and your team looked at it and quoted on the spot. With approval they were able to find the problem and fix it. I was happy I didn't have to wait for another appointment.

          The office staff was polite and accommodating. Dale was knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service as usual.

          Dale was a great guy. He came in, introduced himself an explained what he was doing and did a great job. When he was done, he left the place cleaner than it was.

          I want to make sure that Dale gets the credit due; he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough; plus he is an all around nice person.

          When Dale was running ahead, he called to ask if earlier was ok! Your office people were great in helping us to replace a window well cover. Dale is always pleasant and informative!
