The estimate guy and the installer were so nice and answered all my questions, no matter how silly they were. They were very nice and professional. The office staff was knowledgeable and never made you feel like you were wasting their time. The install was quicker than I thought it would be and the guy showed me everything he did and explained how everything worked. Overall, If everything works as great at as it looks, I don't think I will be cleaning up water in our basement ever again!!!

I want to refinish my basement but we have some cracks in the walls that leak sometimes when it rains.

I have a smaller slab of concrete that backs up to the garage door that has sunken down about 3 inches. The slab is about 1 feet by 12 feet. The driveway is at an angle. I'd like to get some quotes on what my options are to get this corrected so the it's easier for the car to get in and out.

Recently had sump pump fail so plumber replaced. I think the pump usually pumps underground somewhere and when he hooked it back up, for some reason it flooded the egress window by the pump so he disconnected and now just running a pipe into the yard. It's working for now but the pump has continued to run all the time about every 5-10 minutes without any rain recently and seems to maybe just be recirculating the water back to the pump
