This customer had an egress window installed in their basement as they are looking to make this a finished area. Prior to finishing they also wanted to make sure that they weren't going to have any water issues in the basement so they installed a full perimeter Watercontrol system as well as some PowerBraces to keep the foundation structurally sound due to some bowing in the walls.

I believe that was one of the multiple additions to the home. The original portion of the home was built in the late 1800's.
