This customer had a completely new floor poured into their basement. A floor pour happens when the water tables become too high and a new floor needs to be poured over the existing floor. We first place our water control system and drainage matting down prior to the floor being poured over that. We call this the "Cadillac" of all systems! In the pictures, you can see the floor prior to any work being done, and on the second phone, you can see after we've placed our drainage matting down. the next step would be to put down the new concrete floor.

Hello, we have been in our home for 5 years now. There has always been a seamline crack in one of the walls in the basement. We have done a pretty good job of redirecting the outside water and reclaiming the slope and the exterior drainage. The crack does weep during large rainstorms.
