Joan reached out to us when her area in the backyard near her pool was sinking and causing some cracking, we came out to give her an estimate and were able to complete the work for her in the Spring of 2022. When leveling concrete around a pool we must pay close attention to our injections so as to not push the pool liner out, that is why we require the pools to be filled at the time our process is complete. Joan was very satisfied with the work that we completed and is looking forward to using her pool and not stubbing her toes anymore.
This old outdated basement original from the 70's was completely remodeled to a bright and beautiful living area with a beautiful Kitchenette! So much more life brought to this basement with tons of memories ready to be made!
Kim reached out to us after purchasing a new property with bowing foundation walls. They had prior reached out to two separate inspectors as well to get reports on how bad the situation might be. To her surprise she was happy to find out they weren't at a terrible point and reached out to us to help remedy the situation. We installed Powerbraces along the two walls that were bowing! We will return back out to the property in about 6 months to check the Powerbraces and tighten them. The goal is to get the walls to be plumb again.
