Rose contacted Badger when her Rental Property had noticeable cracking in the foundation as well as water coming into the basement. We sent our Specialist Jesse out to take a look at the situation, and give her his best recommendation for her. Rose and her husband were discussing what the best thing to do would be, they had never dealt with a situation like this, and asked their Specialist Jesse what he thought. He took the time to explain to them why each product was needed and what these products would do to help elevate the current issues in the basement. This conversation with Rose and her husband made them feel a lot more comfortable to go through with Badger to do the work and soon booked their project. They took the time to send back a post-installation survey and wrote how from the initial call to meeting with Jesse to the final installation everyone was helpful, professional, and polite. They greatly appreciate everything we did for them and are happy to have a dry basement.
