David reached out to us, as a previous customer when he purchased an old farmhouse that had some significant water issues in the basement. Part of the basement was an old field stone foundation while an addition to the home's foundation was made of block. We found that around the whole perimeter, new and old foundation, there would need to be waterproofing. There was also 1 section where we needed to pour a new floor (along with waterproofing) to help bring up the height to prevent water from continuing to pool in that section. The photo attached is the area where we had to pour the new floor and what is shown is the drainage matting that is placed down prior to pouring the new floor over.
Hans reached out to us at Badger when he noticed in his upstairs there was drywall cracking in his walls and ceiling, and also that his floors were unlevel. When we sent our specialist out to take a look there was considerable sinking in the foundation along 2 walls as well as not enough supports below the second floor to hold the floor level. We quoted Anchors along 2 of the walls and SmartJacks along the main beam to support the main floor from sagging. Once the work was completed most of the cracks in the drywall were closed up and doors were again able to close!
This customer reached out to us when she noticed her old foundation walls were leaking. The water was coming in through where the wall meets the floor. We came in and installed our WaterControl system along this problem area and she has since been water free in her basement!
This old home in New Glarus had a stone foundation that leaked causing water to ruin their houe hold belongings. We came out and installed our Watercontrol system long the one big wall in their basement and since then they have been water free!
