This limestone foundation in Avalon, WI was allowing water and moisture into the basement. When the homeowners decided it was time to repair it, we had a solution that would repair the issue and also give the basement a better appearance.
Limestone foundations are rarely flat making it difficult to imagine that anything could be put over the walls. In homes where the owners just want a dry basement with a cleaner look but do not want it finished, we can use the CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace, which is typically used in crawlspaces, can also be used to cover stone walls to keep the water out. We can cover the stone walls after the water control system is installed in the floor which will keep the moisture out and brighten up the basement. This 20 mil thick material is the answer for your stone foundation or if you are just looking for an economical way to brighten up your basement.
