This home in Fennimore, WI started to develop cracks in an attached garage. After evaluating the home, it was discovered that the home was settling and starting to sink causing the cracks. We were able to install push piers under the foundation of the home. The piers will stabilize the foundation and in most cases, lift it back to where it was.

Tim reached out to us early on when he discovered he had some leaking in his basement. Prior to owning the home, there was a system put in place by another company but when Tim took over ownership he noticed the leaking still and wanted it taken care of. He reached out to us after doing research and appreciated our reputation. When we came out to his home we saw the system in place was not doing what it was supposed to and it was proposed to install WaterControl along 3 walls in the basement since installed which at this time was only a few days ago, but we have had heavy rain, there has been no water!
