General Comments: Even in the disappointment mentioned above, you folks offer great products and services.
I apologize for the delay in responding to this survey and making contact with you folks, I have been very busy with work and family matters.
For people like ourselves that are busy, it is nice to be able to turn these sorts of efforts over to "experts" like yourselves for help.
Regards,
Dave LeMay

Our Overall Service
My experience with Badger Basement has been what I would rate as a "5-Wow!!!!!!!", except the gap between the wall and the plastic lip. When I spoke with my salesman (whom did a great job!) about my concern for Radon and whether or not we should caulk the gap, he said it would only by ~1/4 inch from the wall so it can be done at any time. Unfortunately, the gap ended up being close to 3/4 of an inch in areas and typically over 1/2 inch or more. I don't know how that would ever be caulked, if we need to. Also because the gap is so large, you can easily see the rough edge of the wall and step which does not look very nice. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about this. Also, I have never received my Radon test Kit, that the salesman said I would.

The men were very polite, professional, neat - they obviously were experienced. I am not sure if they meant to leave such a large gap, or if in the busyness they just were not cautious. I don;t believe you need anymore than the advertised 1/4 inch to allow water to drip into the channel - maybe I am wrong. FYI - we've never had water on our walls, but I think the channel is a well thought our precaution by BBS.
The Cleanup Process
Very nice job!
